Free penis exercises

I would like to provide my dear and numerous readers with free penis enlargement techniques today ! As nothing is really really free in this world, I will give you two very basic exercises destined to buddies looking for peing (doing penis enlargement). They are basic and will not provide big gains, but they are perfect to start manual penis enlargement.

First exercise : the warm up routine.
This is exercise is used to increase the flow of blood inside the penis. Warmup is essential and must be always done before more complicated exercises you will have to do later. Moreover, once your exercises are done, it is always good to repeat the same routine, this time it would act as a warm down.

Here is how it goes :

- Obtain a small hand towel.
- Wet this hand towel using warm/hot water.
- Place the hand towel around your penis.
- Wet the towel again to keep the warmth.
- Leave the hand towel on the penis for 2-3 minutes.
- Temporary discard of the towel and perform workout.
- When workout is finished re-heat the towel.
- Apply the towel to the penis for another 2-3 minutes.
- Always use the same towel for hygiene reasons.

Second exercise : the long schlong !
What a name ! But it is as you will see, a very basic exercise.

- As per usual warm up thoroughly.
- Grasp the tip of your penis firmly, below the head.
- Pull it out in front of you and hold for 15 seconds.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
- Relax and gently massage head of penis.
- Stretch penis to right and hold for 15 seconds.
- Relax and massage head of penis.
- Stretch penis to left and hold for 15 seconds.
- Always repeat for desired number of reps.

Ok, now you should have a basic understanding of manual penis enlargement routines. Now, you can go to more detailed exercises or ask for a free consultation to get a custom program/plan. Simply, do not randomly do exercises : always follow the plan.

Don’t worry too much if you feel the stretch : this is normal. Do not forget that you must stretch the penis and not the foreskin ! It is thus better to pull it back when you do exercises so you’re sure to really exercise your penis.
